Requirements :

- This role will be responsible for leading technical initiatives and aligning technical solutions to the needs of the business.

- The ideal candidate for this position will have working knowledge of Salesforce's Sales, Service, Marketing, Community cloud platforms, and security and integration capabilities.

- Candidates in this role are expected to have expert level knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform, Apex/ Visualforce, and are abreast of the newest technologies supplied by Salesforce.

- Solution Architect will play a critical role shaping, designing and successfully delivering integrated Salesforce solutions and will translate business requirements into technical design while developing robust solutions for each project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be responsible for creating & delivering high quality solutions using Salesforce and will also manage application design, development and support of Salesforce related projects

Candidate should be good with integrating Salesforce with other systems in terms of end to end solution, have hands-on experience working with Salesforce API and Lightning development

- Provide strategic analysis and technical assessments for new and existing applications built on Salesforce

- Define standards, best practices and governance structures to deliver best quality solutions - understand business requirements and functional processes to provide best of breed solutions

- Leverage partner solutions and third party products on SalesForce to provide right solution for the business

- Must have Hands-on experience on multiple Salesforce cloud offerings, like Sales, Service, and Communities etc; follow Salesforce' best practices and leverage available platform functionalities where possible

- Implement a strategy for monitoring user platform adoption and data quality and retention

Preferred Qualification :

- Specialized Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of relevant experience

- Proven successful track record to design applications with extensive knowledge in SFDC with integrations to related systems

- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users

- Ability to lead stakeholders across the organization at all levels to consensus in asserting an architecture which aligns the business objectives

- Relevant Salesforce certifications is a plus
