You will be focused on developing a successful data-driven growth strategy, which will result in identifying opportunities and creating actionable insights and recommendations to drive customer acquisition and retention. In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurement, analysis, and testing of initiatives. Lastly, you will be a part of a highly collaborative ecosystem spanning across Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams.

The trainer would be expected to work with Sales Teams across the Sales cycle. As part of the role, the Sales Trainer will be expected to assess sales reps on core sales skills and knowledge about BrowserStack products and related technologies on an ongoing basis, and create a training calendar to upskill the reps.

The trainer may also be required to create training modules on product and sales processes while working in collaboration with Product, Engineering and Sales Operations teams thereby increasing the overall performance of our sales teams and ensuring they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Sales Trainer responsibilities also include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results for core Sales Skills and BrowserStack specific product trainings.

For this role, you will work closely with sales leadership, sales team members, product teams and marketing to identify challenges they face when prospecting and recommend ways to increase productivity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work as a Sales and Product subject matter expert and drive required changes

- Build a Sales University at BrowserStack by understanding the needs of the current and future sales organization at BrowserStack

- Keep yourself updated about BrowserStack products and associated market landscape, and build it into trainings as necessary

- Work with external vendors (short to medium term) / create an in-house team (long term) to build and deliver training on an ongoing basis

- Lead the training team to design, deliver and measure the effectiveness of learning content for sales

- Anticipate training needs for the sales organization.

- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies).

- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.

- Report on impact and effectiveness of enablement programs relative to sales objectives and results.

- Maintain updated records of training material, curriculum and costs.

Skills and Experience :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in technology, product sales and training.

- Proven work experience in Sales Enablement/ Training.

- Prior experience in a sales position is a plus.

- Experience in a SaaS company.

- Experience designing, building and implementing sales training programs.

- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.

- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
