About Role : - We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who has the passion for sales, loves to develop sales people and hunger to achieve targets. The key focus will be on hiring the best, enabling the team on an ongoing basis and supporting an end to end sales process. - The role encompasses sales management to closing business with prospects and customers. The team consists of account executives responsible for an outbound lead generation for small to medium business accounts and enterprise accounts. As well, they will convert both inbound and outbound leads generated by the SDR and BDR teams respectively. While the team is based in Mumbai, the coverage is for all territories outside of North America. - We drive pipeline and opportunities through marketing our self-service product and cultivating those leads through a sales development team. As well, we have a strong customer base from which we develop leads and grow revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.&nbsp; - You will be responsible for the team converting leads and closing related opportunities. You will lead the team in driving leads and opportunities through the entire sales cycle, employing a value based and solution oriented sales methodology. In that approach, we focus on leveraging use cases and spanning omnichannel communications. - You will be working with accounts and opportunities that span small- to medium-sized customers to the largest organizations in the world. This includes virtually every vertical.&nbsp; - Both technical and business acumen is critical in order to understand their requirements, and simultaneously comprehend the capabilities of BrowserStack. These required skills will allow you to lead the team to tailor a next-generation solution for their specific use case needs while adopting BrowserStack. Key Responsibilities : - Establishes annual and quarterly sales quotas for regions and territories along with VP Global Field Sales and Sales Operations. - Directly responsible for hiring Account Executive roles. - Works with leadership to assign sales team members appropriate territories. - Support sales enablement programs, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Sales Kick Offs. - Implements team sales programs by developing sales action plans. - Ensures consistent use of salesforce.com and related solutions. - Develops world class team by mentoring, counseling and coaching employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results and related reviews. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Employs a value-based solution selling methodology to drive these leads through a high-velocity pipeline. - Executes against all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle towards closing business. - Leads the team of inside sales &amp; attaining revenue goals. - Exceeds plan on a quarterly basis. - Consistently grows pipeline. - Works collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets. Required Key Skills : - You understand the cloud computing/communications business model and enjoy selling to a technical audience while building mutual trust. - You embrace a value-based and solution-oriented approach to selling, ensuring your customers receive value from the products they buy from you. - Superior leadership skills. - Superior teamwork and collaboration skills. - The ability to listen first and add value in every conversation. - Proven lead generation and inside sales experience. - Track record of over-achieving quota. - Ability to forecast accurately. - Strong phone presence and convincing power for making the closure. - Experience working with Salesforce.com and related CRM applications. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. - Effective working across multiple time zones and cultures. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Any Graduation Degree is a must. MBA diploma is a plus.
