Requirements:

- Provide HR support and consultation to all the functions within BrowserStack which help them align to our culture and drives the business forward

- Support the business through HR cyclical programs such as performance management, compensation planning, development programs and employee engagement

- Provide fair and consistent advice on HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items.

- Identify and assist in improving HR processes, come up with suggestions to implement special projects

- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence

- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills
