The Growth Hacker will work with engineering, design and the rest of the product team to execute initiatives, and will be responsible for motivating and driving all customer acquisition efforts.  The ideal person would be data driven and is obsessed with growth. Understand customer pain  Note: Applicants from premier engineering colleges with management degree from IIM, ISB are highly preferred.  To be successful in this role:  - Background/Interest in Growth Hacking, Product Management, Analytics, Inbound Marketing, Digital Marketing  - Strong with Analytics-Familiarity with analyzing multi-dimensional data sets and using advanced data science techniques, including statistical tools such as SQL and excel  - Exceptional communication and influencing skills, and ability to synthesize insights into actionable solutions  - Innate interest in learning about customer's behavior through numbers and qualitative data  - Experience/Interest in running international growth experiments at a consumer technology company. Experience/Interest in working for an engineering-driven company.
