Urgent Opening for Agile Or Scrum Product Delivery Experts / Consultants / Managers

What You Will Be Doing

- Help Implement, run and improve an appropriate adaptation of Agile Practice (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) within the Product Team for Business Projects, Internal Projects, Change and Unplanned Work.

- Translate requirements from the Product Owner into plans working within the Product Team using Burn up Charts, Story Mapping, Release Plans and Team Velocity to develop these.

- Run effective Scrum Ceremonies.

- Conduct Lean analysis such as Value Stream Mapping to optimise constraints and remove impediments. The goal is to improve the flow of work and deliver more value.

You will be Accountable/Responsible for :

- Responsible for understanding the broader commercial landscape in which the business operates to ensure business strategy is underpinned by technical solutions, innovations and investment strategies.

- Accountable for delivering the right technology change using appropriate governance e.g. risk management, change control, Agile methods etc.

- Responsible for enabling a world class customer experience through technology. This means understanding what will drive NPS, translate that to a customer experience vision and challenging our partners to invest in solutions that deliver that vision.

Key Skills Required :

- The natural ability to create a collaborative, team focused and fun environment

- Excellent communications skills with the ability to tell stories, draw pictures and document the performance of your team effectively

- Passion for doing things differently by challenging the norm and inspiring others to do the same through facilitating a culture of trust openness and honesty.

- Be able to see the end-to-end system, understand constraints and bottlenecks and be able to work out how process can be simplified, interactions can be automated and through mastery, how the system can become highly efficient in both delivery and support.

Essential Knowledge and Experience :

- Good knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of being a delivery lead for Scrum, Kanban

- Good problem solving and analytical skills
