Role purpose: - To deliver agreed business benefits through effective co-ordination of SAP business solutions with business process needs in the areas of SAP Concur (Expense Professional) and SAP Travel &amp; Expenses (T&amp;E) in alignment with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP Finance (FICO) as deployed in the British Council solution. - To provide effective configuration and testing; and provide second level support in the above areas. Deliver effective operational support services, enhancements, rollouts etc. related to SAP Concur to ensure these systems continue to remain aligned with British Councils changing business needs. - Person is expected work as part of GIS SAP Team in close coordination with wider Finance community and global stakeholders to put effective expense management solution within the organisation. Main opportunities/challenges for this role: - Being part of the global roll out of Concur to 100 countries - Patience and persistence to complete the roll out with the inevitable country variations Main Accountabilities: - The below mentioned accountabilities are to be performed for functional areas of SAP Concur (Expense Professional) and the SAP Travel &amp; Expenses (T&amp;E) module in alignment with the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP Finance (FI-CO) modules. Accountabilities: - Ability to manage complete end to end solution implementation using SAP Concur Expense Professional for helping business manage its expense management process. - Support and implement new processes in linkage with employee master data and finance processes using SAP Concur Expense Professional wherever required. - Ability to manage technical and functional aspect of processes wherever needed. - Ensure that service delivery is both compliant with agreed SLAs and broader measures of customer satisfaction. - Manage the implementation of SAP Concur into new countries. - Manage technical and functional enhancements and upgrades to SAP Concur and other related systems. Role Specific Knowledge &amp; Experience: Essential: Overall : 8-10 Years - 3-4 Years SAP Experience including 1-2 implementations in relevant fields like SAP Concur (Expense Professional). - Experience in SAP Concur Expense Professional Solution Implementation and Support. Experience in managing integration cum interface between SAP Concur and SAP ECC for Employee Extract, Cost Object and Standard Accounting Extract (SAE). - Experience in SAP Travel &amp; Expenses functional modules including configuration and support. - Should have good understanding of data linkages of Concur with Employee Master Data and Financial Postings. - Domain Knowledge of Travel &amp; Expenses, Finance and Human Resources processes. Desirable: - Experience in SAP Human Resources (Time Recording using Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) Positive &amp; Negative time recording both) - Good understanding / experience of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Role Specific Skills: - Exposure to Concur Expense Professional implementation or solution support. - Knowledge of SAP Travel Expense Management, Human Capital Management, Time Management and Finance modules with understanding of key organisation elements in the referred modules. - Sound knowledge of complete lifecycle of solution implementation. - SAP certification in one or more of the SAP modules relevant to this role
