Title: Regional Recruitment Consultant Location: Delhi/ NCR Experience: 10-18 Years Responsibilities: - An independent performer with extensive recruitment/ talent acquisition experience in a fast- paced environment. - Should be comfortable in an individual contributor and a leadership role. - Should be completely hands on. - Should have excellent negotiation skills. - Should have experience on working on ATS. - Should have excellent communication skills. - Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the South Asia Resourcing team through strong collaboration and partnership with the global Resourcing team and regional resourcing colleagues - Improve the direct sourcing capability, through the development of talent sourcing strategies, including the creation of talent pipelines - Creating a true partnership with SBU, HR and business stakeholders through the provision of a consultative service, utilizing data, expert advice and knowledge to solve Resourcing challenges - Supporting implementation of the Global FFP Resourcing change programme - Supporting and developing capability of country resourcing colleagues through expert resourcing advice
