- To take a lead role in creating brand by implementing Journey map along with internal Brand ambassadors and the external consultant.
- Lead on creating awareness of the Brand amongst staff and external stakeholders; and to engage staff with the organisation's branding initiative
- Be the focal point between the Brand Ambassadors, HR teams, external consultant and the staff.
- The incumbent will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new internal people focused communications and engagement strategy.
- Enforce, monitor and evaluate the SSC branding standards
- Create communications strategy for SSC brand
- Weekly and monthly Governance to provide strategic overview, report the progress status to Brand Ambassadors and senior management
- Identify new and creative ways to engage staff with the purpose of awareness and building right culture for the brand.
- Work closely with HR team to align various employee engagement initiatives with Brand.
- To provide communications and engagement guidance to senior internal stakeholders, oversee our business as usual internal WOW communications and engagement - ranging from the intranet, regular newsletter to employee surveys, reward schemes and events - and take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives.
Experience-:
- Branding and Cultural change background experience.
- Proven experience in a strategic internal communications role.
- Management of an audience research project.
7-8 years of total work experience with significant time spent in similar roles with
