Britannia - Manager - Quality Assurance

JD in brief:

- Ensure finished product release as per specs, new product trials, studies, Keeping quality

- Liaison with all external/internal Stakeholders - Marketing, Supply chain, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchase, Legal, Vendors etc for business continuity

- Develop SOPs and drive improvements and cost reductions

- Manage implementation of ISO systems and plant certification

- Handle customer complaints and drive action plans for reduction

- Capability building of employees - TQM, ISO, HACCP/HARA, Six Sigma, Regulations, Kaizen, Clean milk production, etc

- Lead validation, verification and approval of all new process, lines and equipments

- Budget planning and documentation of Quality department
