Britannia - Finance Officer - R&D Vertical

Key Responsibilities :

- The position will support the reporting manager in making sure the Capital budgeting is done in time and monitoring on Capital Work In Progress and Assets Capitalization, physical verification and tagging of assets.

- This position is responsible for making the Operational budget and give a monthly report analyzing the actuals.

- Finance Officer is one point contact for all the statutory matters like GST and coordinating with regional and EO Finance.

- Coordinate for all the internal and external audits.

- The candidate should be very strong in Bills Payables ensuring the statutory and company's policy are followed.

- Finance Officer should be strong in analyzing General ledgers to highlight the business area / cost center for rectification, if there are any errors.

- The candidate should be very strong in Collaboration with excellent communication skills (in written and verbal)

- The candidate should be strong in analyzing and interpreting the data and presenting the same.

- Ensuring the GRN is done for the R&D material when received and consumption entries are made at the end of every calendar month.

- Creating or improvising the existing SOPs involved in financial transaction.

- Preliminary knowledge in Bill Of Material.

The candidate will be responsible for not only for the above mentioned deliverable but also anything that may arise on day to day basis due to the business requirement.
