Britannia - Corporate Engineering Manager (10-15 yrs)
Education: B.Tech-B.E- Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation preferred
Experience: 10 yrs minimum experience and FMCG Food Products mandatory and minimum 2 to 3 yrs as Plant Maintenance Experience and handled Multiple Units located in different locations
- Handled Projects and supported for NPD, Training and Maintenance & Engineering, Capex
Engineering Manager will provide leadership to the engineering and technical organisation across the organisation.
The incumbent will systematically review and provide guidance to all Own and ECP factories of BIL on the areas of Maintenance systems, Engineering Stores Systems, Engineering Capability and Governance (Policies and SOP).
He would setup review with the factories on timely basis with the senior management
