About Us: Brisco Brands is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization with a global presence. As we expand our operations into India, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Human Resources Manager who will also serve as an Office Manager and Recruiter to join our team. The right candidate will also assist with establishing relationships with local licensing authorities and accounting firm as well.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who will take on a multifaceted role encompassing HR management, office administration, and recruitment responsibilities. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our team in India and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering collaboration with our US-based team.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Review incoming resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings.
- Collaborate with upper management to define job requirements and create job postings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. HR Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, resolving them in a timely manner.
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
- Organize and oversee training and development programs.
3. Office Management:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and vendor relationships.
- Ensure a productive and welcoming office environment for employees.
- Handle administrative tasks such as but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating office events.
4. Collaboration with US-Based Team:
- Maintain open communication with the US-based team to ensure alignment on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide updates on India office activities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing between the India and US teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in human resources management, office administration, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
