Role : Reporting directly to the TA Manager/VP/Director People, the Senior Technical Recruiter responsibilities would include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. What we're looking for: A seasoned Technical Recruiter who can : - Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities - Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Linkedin, AngelList, Indeed, IIMjobs etc. - Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates - Drive brand awareness to position Briq as a best-in-class employer in India. - Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements - Monitor recruiting systems and continually enhance ongoing processes and workflows - Support HR leadership in various projects and assignments to support ongoing corporate growth and compliance. You're a great fit if: - Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter for at least 4 years - Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured) - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques & Headhunting (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) - Graduate/PG in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree - You understand that your role sets the tone as the first point of contact with potential candidates and you embrace Briq's values accordingly - You put the needs of the company first and hire top talent to support Briq's growth. - You have a clear demonstration of passion, dedication, curiosity and self- awareness - You love to evolve, grow, and learn - You can prioritize, work to tight deadlines, and remain focused in an incredibly fast-paced, ever-changing environment - You are not risk averse or sensitive to rejection - You're eager to expand your knowledge of the construction industry and transform one of the world's most salient industries - You want to contribute to something bigger than yourself and have a visible and remarkable impact on the world.
