Brand Manager - Professional 1. Work with the Business Development Manager & Sales team to develop the Annual Brand Plan with Key Growth Pillars, portfolio strategy, and execution elements therein. 2. Identify product innovation ideas (formulation/packaging) to bring new news to the portfolio. 3. Develop communication and training assets & collaterals required by the sales team/customers. 4. Lead participation in industry conferences, seminars, trade shows & other fora. 5. Work with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, R&D & Supply to ensure brand initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
