Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Create Talent Acquisition strategies to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent. - Provides seamless support to senior staff and hiring managers in the resource planning, recruiting and onboarding processes, along with training, coaching, and counseling to ensure the consistent application of employee, volunteer and intern guidelines, processes, legal requirements and procedures. - Innovate sourcing strategies including, direct networking, internet mining, and advanced internet research to provide marketplace intelligence and identify and attract top talent. - Research, source and screen talent for immediate and future openings. - Oversee the program's coordination, promotion and execution. - Advance the Brillio brand across the market and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. - Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates. - Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols Required Knowledge/Skills & Capabilities: - 10+ years of strategic recruiting & sourcing experience from a corporate recruiting environment or a mix of corporate and search firm experience. - Hands on experience in managing 10 to 15 members of team. - Excellent work experience in hiring for North America regions. - Creative and strategic thinker that is engaged and persistent. - Deliver results and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to form relationships easily and influence others. - Strong sourcing and candidate relationship building experience. - Proven experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as: Applicant Tracking Systems, internet sourcing tools, proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter. - Demonstrated success in recruiting candidates for leadership positions. - Proven experience in sourcing/screening active and passive candidates. - Exceptional customer service skills and experience. - Exceptionally strong analytical skills and ability to manage data. - Excellent communication skills. - Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. - Strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity, and good listening skills. - Ready to support in night shift.
