Senior Manager/Manager Engineering Methodologies This role is responsible to drive change management initiatives. Prime responsibility of this role is to raise the engineering methodology customer success. Should have 2+ years of expertise in defining, enabling and rolling out engineering methodologies for various types of engagements Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize initiatives, create plans & roadmap - Network with experts internally and externally to collaboratively drive the program - Bring thought leadership, perform external benchmarking and lead the solution. Define tools and methods to provide solution. - Manage work groups, lead, guide and define methodologies jointly - Measure and monitor the program, drive stakeholder alignment continually, retrospect and improve the overall effectiveness of the program - Anchor communication, manage change and continually improve the program Key Skills/Experience - Should have 8+ years of experience in defining methodologies and rolling our to various types of IT services. - B.E or equivalent with 15+ years of experience - Exposure to delivery of projects - Industry presence in benchmarking methodologies and presenting in forums - Knowledge of quality models like CMMI, ISO and Agile - Exposure and usage of techniques like design thinking, Lean, 6 sigma etc. - Good understanding of engineering & latest technologies/methods - Deep expertise in driving change management initiatives - Flair to do trainings on relevant topics - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Self-driven &amp; result oriented individual - Aptitude for learning and innovation willingness to think outside the box
