JOB TITLE : Senior Executive - Marketing

THE ROLE :

We're looking for a Marketo maven to be part of our Marketing Operations team. As a part of the Marketing Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in building the backbone for a global marketing team and help in pivoting the team towards a data driven mindset.

In this role, you will support teams across geographies in deploying and augmenting campaigns to deliver outcomes linked to go to market strategies.

HIGH-LEVEL ROLE EXPECTATIONS :

- End to end management of campaigns on Marketo 


- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Demand Generation teams in campaign planning and deployment 


- Be proactive in suggesting new capabilities and enhancements to the Marketo environment 


- Help manage marketing database with complete adherence to global data compliance protocols 


- Brainstorming and idea exchange with the teams 


- Ensure constant quality control before deliverables are sent 


- Ability to deliver within tight timelines

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

- Approx. 2-3 years of similar experience with B2B technology services or products firms is preferred. 


 - Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Marketo, HTML, CSS and Microsoft Excel 


 - Ability to build and deploy automation scripts and template frameworks 


- Ability to create reports and visualizations in either Power BI, Google Data Studio or Excel 


- Should have a solid understanding of digital marketing and global data compliance regulations 


- Ability to work within established corporate brand 


- Ability to manage more than one project at a time working under tight deadlines
