Role Brief (Strategy & Operations) :

- We are growing CEO's office team and are looking for problem solvers with strong hustle to help drive this as part of our CEO's office.


- We are looking to onboard a passionate individual who will be part of the CEO's Office.


- Strategic, consulting or business experience with a focus on operations and implementation, strong analytical skills using deep datasets to build actionable insights, proven experience organizing and maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities directing multiple teams and departments, the ability to work independently on projects - from conception to completion, excellent communicator in written and verbal form, extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.

- You will be provided a platform, groomed, and given fast track growth opportunities to become a part of new business venture, work very closely with the leaders of the organization and enable them in shaping the future of the company.

- This role will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and will work very closely with the leadership team across Business units.

Location - Bangalore, India

Responsibilities :

- Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities on behalf of the CEO's office.

- Prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate decision making.

- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.

- Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.

- Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to CEO and senior management team.

- Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success.

- Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success.

- Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines.

- Work with the executive team to drive an organization forward in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment.

Role Requirements :

- Experience in consulting, general management, operations, or strategy roles with a track record of consistent, outstanding achievements.

- Hands-on, operational experience in the Technology Services (IT, Engg, Digital Services) and at least one function of a services business, e.g. sales, operations, talent supply chain, etc., would be a big plus (though not a necessity for the role).

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; Problem solver and self-starter (critical thinking is key)

- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously

- Demonstrate an innovative & proactive approach to the tasks assigned to you.

- Effective communication skills (verbal & written) with an ability to clearly articulate and present ideas/concepts, exhibit deep thinking, good presence of mind and a thought leadership

- Strong problem-solving skills, esp. the ability to frame the problem statement accurately, along with its context and success criteria

- Good business acumen along with the ability and interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve

- Ensure Strategy meeting are conducted effectively and hold stakeholders accountable on Strategic decisions
