Manager/Lead - Engineering Governance (Role for enhancing Delivery governance and management) - This role is responsible to drive change management initiatives. Prime responsibility of this role is to raise the engineering governance globally to achieve customer success. - Should have 2+ years of expertise in driving customer centric governance and delivery improvement across the organization Key Responsibilities : - Conceptualize initiatives, create plans & roadmap - Network with experts internally and externally to collaboratively drive the program - Bring thought leadership, perform external benchmarking and lead the solution. Define tools and methods to provide solution. - Measure and monitor the program, drive stakeholder alignment continually, retrospect and improve the overall effectiveness of the program - Anchor communication, manage change and continually improve the program - Effective liaise with customer and build customer confidence Key Skills/Experience : - Expertise in conceptualizing, and driving initiatives - Should have working experience in managing and governing IT projects - B.E or equivalent with 10+ years of experience - Knowledge of quality models like CMMI, ISO and Agile - Good understanding of engineering & latest technologies/methods - Deep expertise in driving change management initiatives - Flair to do trainings on relevant topics - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Self-driven & result oriented individual - Aptitude for learning and innovation - willingness to think - outside the box-
