Only Female candidate Requirement - A Chartered Accountant with around 3-4 years of experience - Must have knowledge of IGAAP and US GAAP and have handled audits with Big 4 firms. - Experience with ERP system, Netsuite experience will be an added advantage - Knowledge of Income Tax, GST and other applicable statutes - Presentation skills with knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets etc - Excellent Communication Skills and a Multi task Job Description - Oversee and assist the team with all accounting operations including Day to Day accounting and controlling. - Having strong knowledge in financial reporting and compliance - GL for accurate accounting and cost allocations - General Ledger Reviews and Control for accuracy of accounting, accruals and monthly closure of books - Month end Balance Sheet and Intercompany reconciliations, - Handle audit and lead closure of audits within the agreed timelines - Research and implement technical accounting and tax issues for compliance; - To ensure tax compliances are timely met - Ensure quality control over financial transactions; - Manage and comply with IGAAP and USGAAP and Group Accounting Policies - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls; - Strong focus on automation as well as process improvements - Team development & management - Management of key stakeholders
