Head - Trust Office (Data Protection &amp; Information Security) The information security and data protection officer is the head of IT security, driving the IT security strategy and implementation, protecting the business from security threats and cyber-hacking. In all, enhancing trust of customers and Brillio employees to securely handle their data and information. Key Responsibilities : - Creating and implementing strategy for IT security and data protection of customer and Brillio data - Performing IT and data security risk assessments, defining processes, methodologies and identifying technologies to manage risks and minimize threats - Work with SOC and IT functions to monitor potential vulnerabilities and threats to network and host systems - Tracking latest IT security innovations and keeping abreast of latest cyber security technologies - Ensuring business continuity - Be abreast of emerging regulations like GDPR, CCPA and translate them to working protocols for business and IT teams, ensure compliance - Liaise with business leaders in showcasing Brillio processes and capabilities on data protection and IT security to customers - Participate in contract phase for finalizing IT security and data governance requirements for customers, help translate, implement and evaluate adherence - Implementing an effective process for the managing security incidents, investigation and closure - Complying with the regulations and compliance requirements - Championing, communicating and educating the organization about the latest security strategies, threats and technologies Key skills : - Has managed enterprise wide risk program on IT and data security - Has performed privacy impact assessments and has proven expertise in data governance - Knowledge of GDPR and similar regulations - Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SSAE certifications - Knowledge of Forensics, cyber threats and related technologies - Collaboration skills to work across teams like IT, SOC and business teams - A passion for technology and security safeguarding with a desire to deliver - Strong customer focus - able to meet the demands of internal and external customers - Analytical skills to manage numerous information sources and provide insights - Should have experience in driving large-scale change programs Qualifications : - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with over 15 years+ IT security and data governance work experience
