Experience: 6 yrs to 10 yrs Education Qualification- Company Secretary & LLB ( Non-Negotiable ) Location - Bangalore Role & Responsibility: 1) Corporate governance/ Secretarial: - Should have a strong understanding about the legal requirements for an India registered company. - Should be familiar with the Companies Act (and related regulation), FEMA, Labour laws, IT Act, IPR laws and other applicable laws and have practicing experience helping companies conduct board meetings, pass necessary resolutions, and executing necessary filings with the ROC, RBI and Labour department. - Also, should have managed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and POSH requirements. 2) Legal function - Contract drafting and vetting - Possess good contract drafting and negotiation skills with internal business partners and vendors. - Should be able to proactively review existing contracts and ensure compliance and propose amendments where and when required. 3) Repository and audit trail - Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate document repositories and ensure all details are up to date and where needed, appropriate amendments are made to documents in a timely manner.
