Role Overview As a Client Partner, the individual will lead a significant part of the portfolio of Brillio's business in the India/APAC region, driving growth and customer success, along with providing necessary guidance to on-ground delivery teams. Reporting This role reports into - Head - India/APAC Region- Experience : Minimum 8 years of client relationship/account management experience at global digital/technology services organizations, with at least 5+ years in project/program management or business/systems analyst roles. Total experience of 12-15 years or so. Exposure to global markets, esp. a tenure across US/UK will be preferred. Key Requirements : - Along with portfolio P&amp;L ownership, lead the account team to drive the charter for customer success, growth and elevating the brand positioning for Brillio within the client organization - Prospect, identify, qualify and develop strong multi-service line growth pipeline across the portfolio - Conceptualize and guide brand elevation via targeted account-based-marketing initiatives to increase mindshare within the customer organization - Lead the charge to formulate deal strategy, develop tailored value propositions, guide pursuit team to shape competitive, innovative, and winning deal themes. - In addition to consultative selling with the ability to craft deals, should have strong business acumen, techno-commercial, senior level stakeholder management, strong collaboration and communication skills - Bring to bear the necessary negotiation skills, relevant vertical industry knowledge, understanding of the partner ecosystem to drive growth &amp; customer success - Partner with the delivery organization to ensure world-class outcomes for our customers via an empowered decision-making approach, robust governance and ability to deep-dive to solve issues, when required - Represent the portfolio in relevant internal forums, leadership connects etc. - Own the development and grooming of the team members within the portfolio. - Ability to build / nurture relationships and manage large client network &amp; CXO connections - Familiarity with new age technologies - advanced analytics, design thinking, product engineering, cloud transformations etc.
