Principal Duties
And Responsibilities: - Conduct Business Requirements Analysis, process & solution design discussions for implementation of SFDC products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc. Strategize the change process and assist client in implementing front office transformation programs.
- Guide and suggest new business processes including features and enhancements using SFDC products based on current functional and technical landscape of the customer
- Act as an SME for full scale SFDC implementation
- Identify opportunities to build IPs and accelerators to grow our practice and library of tools
- Prepare content (marketing blogs, newsletters, brochures) and marketing collaterals to maintain relationship with customers
- Craft proposals and conduct solution workshops with other teams to construct a viable and scalable solution architecture for customer
- Create and maintain User Stories, UAT Test scenarios, Process Diagrams and training manuals
- Assist QA in translating user stories into test conditions and expected results for product/application, performance, and user acceptance testing
Desired Capabilities (which can be demonstrated through previous work -experience) - Deep understanding of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud
- should have Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success.
- Possesses excellent communication, facilitation and summarization skills
- Display strong political acumen and emotional intelligence, remain cool in a crisis and manage negotiations toward practical solutions
- Functional industry experience of at least two industries
- Extensive Project management, client facing and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field with MBA (from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution) is preferred
- Relevant Industry recognized certifications (CCBA, CBAP, CBA) will be given preference
Experience: Functional Consultant/BA with 4+ years of experience in roadmap/product assessment with deep functional, industry and client facing experience (Experience working with internal marketing and pre-sales teams will also be considered)
