Role:- Associate Manager- Rewards & Reorganization

Exp- 7yrs - 12yrs

Location- Bangalore

Candidate will Perform: -

- Budgets & Salary Increases

- Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Using various techniques and methods for making decisions on direct and indirect financial compensations as well as nonfinancial compensations

- Advise and forecasting on salary increase requests

- Advices top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of budget allocation, pay mix etc

- Benchmarking & Job Evaluation

- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration

- Researches and compares incentive compensation plans offered by demographically comparable organizations; assesses competitors plans and makes recommendations for enhancements or improvements required to keep the organizations plans competitive and effective.

- Conducting different surveys for the purpose of determining benefits and pay rates

- Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications.

- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company

- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)

- Compliance & Monitoring

- Train line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies,Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization

- Ensure that compensation practices follow audit guidelines, current local laws and regulations.

- Conducting audits on a regular basis and also preparing reports

- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

- Project Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities/ success critieria.

- Strong with numbers: Compensation and benefits specialists tend to be numbers-oriented, as this career involves a great deal of quantitative analysis.

- Analytically inclined: The HR compensation and benefits profession requires strong analytical capabilities, as they are required to analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets as to determine compensation and benefits strategies.

- Detail-oriented: Compensation and benefits strategies are highly technical in nature, and the work involves a considerable amount of research and the interpretation of data. Therefore, compensation and benefits managers must be detail-oriented as to understand how compensation fits into the overall objectives of the organization.

- Great communication: Compensation and benefits specialists must be able to communicate effectively with employees and senior executives. They must also be comfortable presenting programs to employee groups and members of senior management.

- Strong Ethics and Discretion: Because compensation and benefits managers deal with confidential information, they must be stewards of ethics and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information.

- Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager or in a related role.

- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems like Oracle Fusion/Workday/ SAP Successfactors
