Brillio - Associate Director/Delivery Manager - Salesforce

Job Description:

- Overall 16+ years of experience in IT services.

- As a delivery manager you will manage and monitor group of Salesforce projects for multiple clients ensuring client delight

- Drive SLA performance, Productivity, Utilization, resource deployment and other continuous improvement opportunities

- Lead project discovery and client discussions for large programs

- Accountable for deliverables for all projects under scope

- Oversee on-going project activities and provide direction & guidance

- Drives presales for key engagements and manage deal cycles including estimation and solution reviews

- Sense and mitigate delivery issues

- Analyze risks, support in contingency planning

- Handle dependencies between projects - work closely with program manager

- Conduct regular reviews and refine the engagement plans and processes to drive continuous improvement on the quality of services delivered

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including and not limited to building accelerators

- Drive team capability development

- Groom and build new team members, lateral hires and campus minds

- Understand customer needs and work with account/market teams

- In-depth understanding of stakeholder need in advance and should able to predict road maps

- Well versed with industry dynamics and good understanding about emerging market trends

Desired Skills:

- Deep understanding/knowledge of Salesforce products and landscape covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com

- CRM - Marketing, Sales and Service subject matter expertise

- Handled Salesforce delivery teams of greater than 50 - Done Project management reviews through the lifecycle

- Defined project execution methodologies

- Ability to handle and motivate large teams

- Senior Stakeholder management

- Metrics savvy and ability to drive it all the way down to the teams.

- Experience in managing large complex multi-year Salesforce/CRM projects with Salesforce certifications will be a plus

- Managed projects using agile methodology
