Brillio - Alliance Operation Manager (4-7 yrs)
This Alliance Operation Manager will be primarily a program manager, business management and operational role.
- Support the growth plan of leveraging alliances to drive Brillio offering capability and sales growth
- Execute the strategic business plan for partner alliance program for the region - measured by collaborative license revenue (influence revenue, no resell) and joint services opportunity pipeline.
- Accountable repeatable solution project plan
- Understand/Manage the daily operations of partner funding programs/usage/reception
- Serve as a deal desk and work with practices to best leverage partner programs and funding
- Review Salesforce Alliance details and ensures they are aligned with partner CRM
- Facilitate partner technical and business support processes and operations
- Manage the day to day sales ops management, monitoring, and tracking
- Drive cross functions governance and compliance processes across Brillio for Alliance program
- Partner event planning and readiness
- Consistently message the alliance value proposition and strategic direction internally and... externally - evaluated by Brillio 's choice as a preferred partner in the region and measured by joint strategic initiatives in play, executive connects in the region
- End to end ownership of the Alliance Relation
- Carry the alliance Pipeline & OB target
- Develop business plans in alignment with Partner strategies and get internal buying
- Ensuring that the partner is listed in the Vertical account plans.
- Deep understanding of the partner products, competing vendors to provide differentiation in value propositions, RFP- s, business model etc.
Qualification:
- 4-7 years- experience in Infrastructure and Application area on the Microsoft Technology ecosystem is a must. Should have ideally spent time in large enterprise engagements or in sales leadership roles in the region with specific focus on Microsoft Technologies/AWS/Azure/salesforce
- Min 2+ years of experience in Alliance Management will be good to have. Microsoft field sales experience will be valuable. - Should be able to work with the business heads within Brillio
- Candidate should be comfortable in working across stakeholders from within the company and should be able to build working relationships with Vertical sales teams within Brillio
- Self-driven, Initiative taker, Analytical, Thought leadership, communication, collaboration and networking skills are utmost essential
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Superior communication, interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
