- Exp : 7 to 13 years - Notice Period : Immediate to 30Days - Location : Bangalore/Pune Location Job & Responsibilities : - Driving Joint GTM initiatives towards influencing incremental revenue growth - Identify & develop the relationships in support of new services sales (new logos) - Work closely with partners to identify the best solutions and to maximize the success of our solution offerings. - Qualify sourced leads and ensure seamless transition handoffs of qualified opportunities to the direct sales team - Map key accounts with partner enabling our sales execs to leverage partnerships and expand footprint - Cultivate and nurture the partner relationship to include all appropriate points of contact in sales and marketing. - Increase Organizational visibility in Partner Ecosystem- events, conferences, Social Media - Work with marketing team to drive a partner co-marketing agenda for lead generation and strengthening partner relationship - Ensure partner status needs such as certifications and sourced deal revenues are on track - Ensure the partner portal is up to date - Ability to travel (international) as needed to accomplish tasks. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : - Experience of managing GCP alliance is mandatory requirement. - Have a sales mindset with a win-win outlook - Willingness to carry a partner-led revenue number - Past relationships with companies such as AWS and GCP would be an added advantage. - Must be flexible, creative, approachable and able to change course - Must have an ability to juggle multiple activities at once, including pivot between tactical and strategic conversations and activities. - Must be a clear, concise and excellent communicator - both oral and written - Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in partner-relationship building role or direct sales
