International Sales: - Preparation of event calendar, quarterly sales plan, International Budgets (Division across regions basis the assumed Sales Order booking), service plans for Channel Partners & Brokerage/Incentive Slabs for CP- s - Ensure achievement of AOP Sales number for the assigned geography. - Close Sales from Digital Leads generated by Brigade in house marketing - Nurturing the existing distribution network of Channel Partners in International markets - Expansion in new markets by engaging new Channel Partners to create a wider distribution network. - To interact closely with direct sales teams based at sites and for coordination on Site Visits and virtual tour of the project Sales Strategy: - Competition Benchmarking & Market Research on Monthly/Quarterly Basis - Sales projections, Pricing strategy, Sales and Marketing budgets, velocities. - Support in making Quarterly roll out of tactical Schemes and Offers - Coordination for BTL events (International/Domestic), Sales Budget upload and monitoring & payment processing for the events and Channel Partners with the help of Sales and Marketing coordinator Who are we looking for? - Proficiency in MS-Excel is must - Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good presentation skills. - Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. - Knowledge of Product Range. - Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses. Qualification: - MBA in sales & Marketing is preferred. 4-6 years- overall experience.
