What will you do?
- Responsible for providing various analysis including ROI and performance across channels, planning exercises and MIS support for the Marketing team
- Works closely with IT team on digital transformation & system improvement assignments
- Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews and update on status of various initiatives to ensure deployments happen as per the plan
Core Responsibilities:
- Spend reports with inputs across all business KPIs
- Analysis of trends across leads, walk-ins, bookings and marketing channels and create financial models for decision support
- Mapping of processes, and identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or other analytics tools
- Perform market research, data mining & benchmarking of performance across Developers
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Report on performance across channels and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts

Qualifications:
- MBA degree from Reputed Institute
- 3-5 years- experience
- Real estate experience is preferable but not mandatory
