Role: Sr. Product Manager

- We are seeking a dynamic business and technical professional with product management, engineering and product marketing skills to manage all phases of our analytics product lifecycle
- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap and revenues for one or more of our analytics products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, technical and analytical understanding, product management expertise, and deep background in building scalable systems will allow you to thrive in this role.
Role responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, release life cycle and GTM from strategic planning to tactical activities. Author the product specs in the form of detailed, technical MRD and PRD, and keep them up-to-date
- Articulate the MRD & PRD to the engineering teams, evolve architecture, design and release cycles product requirements
- Conduct market scan and competitive analysis to support go-to-market activities, including pricing strategy, market share projections, competitive value propositions
- Own revenue plan for the products, including designing & execution of lead generation campaigns, pipeline management, proposals, RFPs and conversion
- Be able to conduct prospect workshops and product demonstrations, be proficient in consultative selling
- Develop messaging and positioning, create sales & marketing tools - website content, customer presentations, brochures, data sheets, case studies, white papers, battle cards, tele sales scripts, and email campaigns
- Be the spokesperson for the product with analysts and trade bodies, and at trade events
Background and experience:
- A bachelors in engineering with an MBA, or a masters in engineering or quantitative sciences, from a premier institution
- At least 8-10 years of overall experience, with atleast 3 years of experience in product management for enterprise SaaS products targeting global markets
- Experience in Banking, Financial services and Insurance industries; and in marketing and sales processes within these industries
- Experience in campaign management and digital marketing processes, exposure to campaign management platforms like Adobe, Unica, Oracle, SFDC, SAP or others
- At least 3+ years industry expertise in analytics products and technologies, exposure to ML and AI frameworks, libraries.
- Hands-on software engineering experience and technical understanding, experience in agile methodologies, rapid prototyping and UX frameworks
- High degree of problem solving skills, and ability to work with senior leaders to establish strategies
- Able to work and collaborate across global teams, bias for action
- Excellent communication skills: must write, speak and present information effectively
