About the Role:

- Responsible for end-to-end program or project management and delivery strategy to develop data-driven real time, actionable insight.

- Overall exp. of 10 -12 yrs and having more than 5 years of Program / Project Management experience in leading complex projects.

- Experience in Data migration, Large Data Transformation(From legacy systems to digital platforms) & BI Reporting programs is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling/monitoring, and closing) with a good understanding of multiple systems and line of businesses.

- Responsible for end-to-end program or project management and developing/delivery strategy to obtain set objectives and goals.

- Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects in SDLC (using Waterfall, Iterative, Agile methodologies).

- Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work and client management.

- Implement program and project level processes, procedures, performance metrics, and status reporting, and identify areas improvements.

- Lead business change initiatives across multiple lines of business for the organization.

- Experience in working in a Financial Services (NBFC preferred) domain and having handled large programs to understand Risks and implications for the line of business.

Qualification:

- Advance knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)

- Hands on experience of SDLC in the Financial Services domain.

- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams

- Experience in delivering large data migration, data transformation, BI reporting projects

- Managing program/project-related risks according to the Project Management Policy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualification :

- Any Bachelor Degree/Post Graduation

- Strong understanding of the Financial Services Domain
