Manager - Customer Analytics & Marketing Measurement

Bridgei2i Analytics is looking for talented individuals who are interested to be part of "Our" journey to build a best-in-class organization, driving increased adoption of business analytics across the globe.

The role will involve taking accountability of end to end client management including analytics deliverables with the support of a team & be the SPOC for the client for all client interactions. The role will be expected to engage with the client from a Business & Data perspective to engage with the client in terms of solutions to be offered.

The person holding this position will be responsible for leading the solution development and implementing advanced analytical approaches across a variety of projects, typically in the areas of Customer Analytics and Marketing Measurement for client organizations in the Technology and Manufacturing Industry verticals.

Successful candidates are expected to have a mix of analytical, functional, project and people management skills - someone who can articulate the value proposition of analytics and work with business requirements and develop them into a useable and scalable solution; someone who fully understands the value proposition of data mining and analytical methods, someone who has the creativity to develop unique analytical approaches to problems when required and someone who can lead a team of analysts to delivering projects on time and as per client and senior management expectations

Role and Responsibilities

- Superior understanding of marketing analytics and customer intelligence methods and applications and typical data and systems that are used for such projects in large enterprises

- Conceptualize and develop points of view on our Customer Analytics and Marketing Measurement portfolio of offerings and drive the expansion of the portfolio and assets and collateral needed to complete the set and make deployment seamless

- Experience in handling marketing analytics engagements and projects for large enterprises, preferably in the Technology and Manufacturing vertical

- Deep understanding of typical systems and processes used in Marketing Analytics and data structures that come out of marketing and customer intelligence processes

- Help in developing capability development for the organization in the area of Marketing Analytics

- Knowledge of handling structured and unstructured data

- Advanced Analytics techniques and tools typically used for Marketing Analytics- Marketing Measurement, Marketing ROI estimation, Attribution Modeling, Customer Life Time Value, Market Mix Modelling etc

- Superior visualization and dashboarding capabilities

- People development and nurturing for a 10-12 member team, including career progression guidance, mentoring, performance appraisal and project supervision

- Effective utilization and resource management by monitoring and assessing project resources, relinquish resources or request additional resources as needed

- Mitigate the risks associated with successful project plan completion

- Client/Customer engagement & management

- Assist in developing/coaching individuals technically as well as on soft skills during the project

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of work in Analytics, 5+ in Marketing Analytics, 3+ in the Tech Vertical

- Bachelors/Masters in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Statistics and MBA/PGDBM

- Prior work experience in the analytics organizations of large tech enterprises is a big plus
