Specific Responsibilities

- Devise innovative solutions using ML techniques to solve specific client business problems in the Financial Services Domain

- Solve unstructured problems by applying knowledge of data mining and machine learning.

- Ability to connect data of different types, working with potentially incomplete data sources and cleaning data sets to discover new insights.

- Build best in class models that could belong to acquisition,CRM strategies and optimising operations.

- Prior experience in developing statistical and machine learning models.

- Experience with Machine Learning techniques like Gradient Boosting, Random Forest etc.

- Lead the effort around creating greater organizational depth in the space of ML by collaborating and coordinating with other team members of the innovations team.

Work Experience

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience of working in a relevant field and area.

Skills

- Strong skills of SQL

- Experience of working on Machine learning project using R /Python

- Strong Analytical skills

- Communication: Ability to express thoughts to project group in English

- Understanding of machine learning basics through education/ exposure / certification

- Strong programming skills
