Role :

- Proven work experience as an HR Operations

- Good knowledge of labor law

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages

- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

- The candidate needs to be extremely hands on, highly organized and detail oriented.

- Should be detail oriented and high attention to detials.

- Maintain high accuracy of data.

- Responsible for HR Dashboard and various reports

- Handle end-to-end of Background verification.

- Prefer Master s degree in Human Resources

- 6 8 years of experience in a similar role in HR Operations/ Payroll administration/ Compliance

- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel

As an individual contributor, the successful applicant will be managing the below :

- Manage overall HR Operations including Candidate Onboarding, Payroll processes, statutory compliances, BGC, HRIS, Exit Management, MIS & Audits.

- Proactively help build processes and operating procedures/ guidelines to mitigate compliance and governance risks.

- Create documented policies and procedures to implement a forward looking, scalable, user friendly and risk-free HR Operations infrastructure.

- Adopt a system-based approach with minimal manual interventions for error hassle free user experience.

- Respond to issues and requests from HR and stakeholder partners, employees and managers.

- Ensure adherence and Compliance with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc.

- Liaison with Compliance vendor on resolving issues related to Labor Office, hearings, responding to notices.

- Verification of documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc. and ensuring timely filing for all locations.

- Act as a second level checker authority for all HR Operations Maker Checker enabled activities.

- Resolve Compliance issues, create tools and gather metrics data to identify compliance risks and remediation plans.

- Facilitate audits and due diligence activities related to all policies, processes and statutory compliances.

- Support in implementing remediation plans and working with stakeholders to close identified risks and issues.

- Support initiatives to build firm wide manager capability to effectively drive People Operations processes

- Ensure the HR databases are up to date and the Employee & Company master data is handled as per the established record management guidelines.

- Maintaining employees- personal records including all official communication like confirmation, appraisal, transfer, increment, promotion etc. in their respective personal file.

- Conduct HRMS data & process audits at a regular frequency for identifying governance risks.

- Work with the concerned stakeholders like Finance, IT, Insurance, HR vendors etc. to ensure seamless transfer of information.

- Create and publish dashboards around the various service requests raised, generate compensation benefit and employee data reports as needed.

- Create a Client Service Framework with defined TATs and escalation matrix for resolving queries from employees or stakeholders.
