Job Title : Internal communication Consultant

Experience : 3-6 years

BRIDGEi2i Analytics is looking for talented individuals who are interested to be part of "Our" journey to build a best-in-class organization, driving increased adoption of business analytics across the globe. BRIDGEi2i provides Business Analytics Solutions to enterprises globally, enabling them to achieve accelerated business impact harnessing the power of data. These analytics services and technology solutions enable business managers to consume more meaningful information from big data, generate actionable insights from complex business problems and make data driven decisions across pan-enterprise processes to create sustainable business impact.

Role :

- Design, review and create relevant policy for the organisation

- Creating and executing internal communications plan(s) for the all internal communications & employee experiences

- Get a good understand of the business and able to articulate them through the communication to both internal employees, prospective candidate and alumni groups

- Take ownership of various initiative end-to-end

- Drive all internal communication on social media platform and responsible for branding Bi2i

- Able to connect with employees at all levels with ease

- Connect with employees to understand how to position Bi2i to existing and prospective employees

- Responsible for content creation, designing, editing, curation and execute steps within agreed upon timelines

- Developing and publishing biweekly e-newsletter

- Researching, interviewing and writing intranet stories to illuminate business wins, explain safety and business compliance requirements, and clarify our business model/structure

- Developing frontline leadership engagement materials for cascading key messages

- Work with marketing to publish timely company information, such as memos, company directives, quarterly town hall PowerPoint deck and logistics

- Suggest what information should be presented to employees

- Respond and create to miscellaneous/adhoc requests incorporating required communications

- Bring general communications expertise and experience to the job in order to help establish and improve high caliber communications infrastructure and content

Preferred Skills/qualifications:

- Strong communication and marketing skills and deep overall business acumen

- Ability to drive content creation and review, understanding how to write for different channels

- Ability to put structure around ambiguously defined thoughts/situations

- Strong English language skills; written and verbal

- Must be fully competent in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with hands on knowledge in design tools like Adobe design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Able to build credibility with a large network or key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership

- Having played a HR business partnering role with very strong communication skill
