Job Description :
1 Lead the legal front in negotiation for all JDAs or M&A or projects or land acquisition or any other kind of investments.
2 Negotiate the terms and conditions for investment transactions or any other financial transactions from legal side.
3 Capture all the financials and deal terms to give right effect in agreements.
4 Handle the due diligence from company side for any investment to be made or investment is sought.
5 Contractual and legal evaluation of land documents or projects.
6 Advice Management on legal side of business.
7 Drafting, vetting, reviewing and scrutinizing all agreements related to project, financial institutions.
8 Liasion with corporate and external lawyers for any kind of contract or litigation.
9 Any other matter regular or incidental pertaining to legal.
Skills :
- Should have Litigation & Non-litigation experience in Real Estate in Leadership role or second line to leadership in large scale organization.
- Has dealt with M&A, JDAs, Bank transactions.
