Job Description :   1. Business planning and budgeting : Provide the inputs from finance side for business planning and initiating the budgeting.  2. MIS, reasons for deviation against the business plan, regular follow up with the business.  3. Audit, liaising with auditors and external consultants  4. Statutory compliance : Adhere to statutory compliance to avoid penalty and better due diligence.  5. Tax planning : Tax planning to comply with statutory dues and cash flow management  6. Cost control : Through process improvisation, budgetary control and new initiatives.  Candidate Profile :   C.A. with more than 15+ years experience especially last couple of years in leadership role. Preferred candidate from Real Estate background but not mandatory.
