Responsibilities :

- Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products.

- End to end responsibility for new category/product development and new category/product launches and strengthening the current product portfolio.

- Responsibilities would also include driving strategy, planning, top line, budget management & bottom line for above.

- Owning all sourcing decisions including supplier evaluations, selections and competitive bid processes. Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion of sellers onboarding.

- Involve in negotiation all vendor buying agreements between the company and respective suppliers

- Work closely with Suppliers, majorly Brands and engage them in Joint Business Plans with a promise of growth and scale

- Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization

- Responsible for topline and bottom line (P&L), product returns and inventory mix

- Develop storylines and presentations to effectively communicate findings both internally as well as externally to retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders

- Leading negotiations, making deals & maintaining strong relationships with vendors to enhance competitive positioning including sales programs and promotional support.

- Maintaining control over proper stock levels and Preparing buying plans and sales forecasts.

Skills :

- Experience in Building Material Management is a must.

- Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

- Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment

- Strong business acumen & strategic thinking

- Must be highly organized, has insight of commercial thinking, with exceptional communication skills

- Experience in driving revenue of the organization is a plus.
