Brick & Bolt - City Sales Head (5-12 yrs)
Working with one of the leading construction services platform, you will be owning the P& L for a City and will drive topline in existing business and new lines of business
Responsibilities:
You would report to the National Sales Head and will be responsible for :
- Overall P&L of a City
- Driving business through the Sales Team
- Coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business
- Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business
- Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience
- Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy
- Managing a sizeable team which will assist you in the aforementioned tasks
What we look for :
- A seasoned sales veteran with experience in P&L management
- 5+ years of experience in high paced, high pressure startup
- Should have good communication, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
- Should be a result oriented, self - starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
Telugu proficiency is mandatory.
