- Drive innovation to gain profitability and volume share in existing cities
- Set goals for cross-functional projects and liaise with business finance, marketing tech, and supply to execute
- Plan, Own and execute the Top-line and bottom-line numbers for the category
- Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience
- Will work closely with central growth, business & ops teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives.
- Lead & drive end-to-end growth planning & revenue across channels followed by execution for B&B.
- Planning and driving channel-wise growths and Go-To-Market for the categories of given business units.
- Work towards achieve the revenue goals across product and service lines
- Work towards new strategic growth initiatives e.g., opening up a new offering, taking the products to new geographies etc.
- You will lead highly complex strategic initiatives and galvanize teams across the company to reach your goals.
- Drive and own our revenue strategy - Build the long term merchant revenue growth strategy and enhance the business.
- The person will be responsible for overall revenue growth & brand marketing strategy in the childhood development space.
- Coordinate offline growth by adding partners/retailers, and orchestrating offline growth strategy;
