1. Liaison with investors for company-wide financial reporting and preparation of deliverables for Board Meetings&nbsp; 2. Independently leading statutory audit and due diligence (financial, FCPA, direct and indirect tax) in collaboration with audit firms&nbsp; 3. Periodic preparation and review of company-wide statements&nbsp; 4. Managing treasury operations, bank working capital limits, cash projection for Senior management and managing cash burn, remittances, Valuation reports&nbsp; 5. Develop annual as well as 5-year strategic budgets as part of core FP&amp;A team &nbsp;6. Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans and financial forecast.&nbsp; 7. Filing GST returns (of 8 States), VAT returns, E-TDS payment &amp; E-TDS quarterly return, - Independent handling of VAT, TDS &amp; Income tax assessment. &nbsp;8. Analysis of current &amp; past trends in key performance indicators including areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures&nbsp; 9. Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance&nbsp; 10. Analyzing financial information &amp; reports to provide accurate &amp; timely recommendations to management for decision making.&nbsp; 11. Risk assessment of change in pricing policies of state excise governing the Alcoholic beverages&nbsp; 12. Providing weekly and monthly MIS reports to facilitate regular updates to management
