Bren Corporation - Manager - Purchasing

Bren is hiring Purchase Manager with 8 to 10+ Years of experience.

- Candidate should have real estate background (Recent experience in Construction or Real Estate Industry)

- Responsible for sourcing of construction materials and identifying new vendors and maintaining vendor database.

- To evaluation and rating of Suppliers, Negotiating price and material delivery.

- To build relationships with vendors to facilitate favorable Purchase terms.

- To handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.

- Thorough knowledge of bulk purchase of construction related materials and brands.

- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors for materials procurement.

- To negotiate with suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing.

- Able to plan and implement sourcing vendors and purchasing strategies.

- Hands-on experience in budgeting and purchase management.

- To determine quality, quantity, and timing of material delivery.

- To Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier chain.
