Enterprise Architect Job Description : - Should have at least 10 years of experience in leading teams in developing enterprise level architectures to solve business problems with the help of technologies across the spectrum - Excellent written and oral communication skills and are essential - Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science/engineering. - Good experience on cloud-based offerings and models like SaaS and PaaS - Experience in solving complex business problems for enterprise level, Fortune 100/500 customers - Should have good exposure to BFSI or Healthcare domains - Should have good understanding of RPA, NLP, Big Data and Analytics - Should have experience in creating verticalized solutions - Good exposure Experience with databases (Oracle, HANA, SQL Server, Teradata, RedShift, Netezza ) from a perspective how to write queries and pull data from them is essential - Should have very good experience in communicating with global customers - Onsite experience is desirable - Looking for very Seasoned hands-on Enterprise Architect - Technically very savvy, Experience in Building enterprise-class solutions with the latest technologies, Able to roll up the sleeves and create technology architectures that are scalable and world-class. - Should have a very good understanding of cloud, open source technologies and the technology offerings for the new age businesses. - Play a horizontal, hands-on, practical technical leader and mentor role, solid in designing solution architectures that are scalable and meet all the NFRs. - Should have good experience in domains like BFSI and Healthcare. - Excellent understanding of complex system architectures, components. This individual should be Innovation minded, highly capable to think systematically, capable to define the architectural solutions to overcome the challenges and solving problems. - Candidate should be able to lead and take ownership of the architectures for the enterprise level solutions. Skills : - Be sound and strong experience in cloud, Big Data, analytics scalable architectures - Must have practical exp in Architecture Patterns (end to end), Design Patterns - Must be able to technically mentor teams - Be a good team player with excellent communication skills. - Work with business teams and engineering teams to integrate models or suggest new solution approaches based on specific customer needs that can be created as repeatable solutions - Self-driven, energetic, creative, with ability to work across teams. - Curious and willing to challenge existing solutions with innovative technology concepts. - Ability to understand a business problem and the available data and come up with alternative architectural models - Proven ability to create technical prototypes and POCs to test feasibility of architectural approach - Experience in creating verticalized solutions with the scale of an enterprise
