BrandTouch - Manager - Client Services (5-10 yrs)
Client Services Manager
You:
- Handle Agency Operations, with responsibility for profitability, quality of service & managing capacity to achieve revenues, along with leading all aspects of performance, delivery strategy and growth of the business
- Lead ownership of business P&L; Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, brand partners to achieve the business plan within assigned budgets and timelines
- Integration & On-boarding new business
- Handle Client Retention, Acquisition and Business Growth
- Leading, mentoring & empowering the current workforce across functions, strengthen knowledge-sharing for subordinates across all disciplines, provide with necessary trainings & tools to fortify their core expertise and aid in continued growth
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies and insights; provide thought leadership and perspective for optimization of business
- Effectively represent the agency to enhance its brand and visibility
- Consulting clients on their long-term business strategies, handholding them during their Digital Transformation journey
The Job:
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or meetings.
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Play a major role in all client pitches right from brainstorming to building a detailed proposal/presentation of ideas to flawless execution
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts & ensure customer satisfaction
