CTO / CIO - D2C Marketing Services Platform 

- BrandTouch is looking to hire a dynamic individual as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), willing to roll up his sleeves and enable technology to lead and enhance the brand proposition.

We are already in an MVP/beta mode

Responsibilities:

- Develop the vision and roadmap for the organization's technology & data strategy. Lead the architecture and execution of it

- Accountable for managing & maintaining the entire stack of e-Commerce and related IT components

- Design, develop and deploy the new product, product features, back-end systems, and ensure delivery as per plan - with data collection at the base of all development

- Ability to code/ should have experience hands-on with coding, apart from strategically and technologically guide the team

- Identify new technology trends and keep an eye on consumer's evolving behavior in electronic and mobile commerce and related data collection

- You and your team are in charge of the daily operations and development of the B2C & B2B platforms

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus

- Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in a dynamic environment

- Very strong bias towards actions - result oriented and pro-active

- Exposure to Android / iOS app development

- Ability to code/ should be hands-on with coding, apart from strategically and technologically guide the team

- Work as an effective leader with the Founder and CEO

Skills:

- Technologies being used - Open Source/ PHP/ My SQL/ Solar/ Java/ JS/ JQuery/ Cloud

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Stronghold in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

- Familiarity with the configuration of a server in UNIX Environment

- Android/iOS app development experience

- Must have experience in web development technologies, with a strong understanding of database technologies, Big Data Tools (Hadoop, MongoDB etc.)

Education:

- B.Tech/ BE/ MS from a reputed engineering college

- Work experience: 8 to 10 years
