Responsibilities:

Use a variety of qualitative research techniques to plan and execute research projects

1. Proposal Writing: Write proposals including research needs, approach & methodology, for qualitative research.

2. Project Execution: Take the lead in ensuring smooth end to end execution of market research projects, starting with questionnaire designing, moderating groups, PIs, devising analysis plans and the related coordination for completion of projects.

3. Presentation & Reporting: Build presentations with thorough understanding of the projects with clear focus on required end outputs.

4. Client Management: Lead client interactions on ongoing projects and be able to spot business opportunities to grow key accounts.

5. Team Management: Play a mentoring role to groom the team to be able to excel at their expected levels and take up stretch responsibilities.

Skills required:

- High proficiency and knowledge of all aspects of qualitative research - research design, moderation, transcript analysis, top-line & final presentation development, and making face to face presentations to clients.

- Open to travel extensively

- Understands brands and consumers intuitively and has a passion for research and research insights.

- Is highly collaborative and gets along well with people

- Passionately committed to the company's culture, products, and business ambitions.

- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
