- Write strategic, winning, and impactful proposals. Should be able to show forth a clear understanding of Objectives and recommend a Targeted Approach and Methodology for Qualitative Research


- End-to-End project management - with minimal need for supervision. Should be able to shoulder the responsibility of ensuring timely execution, submission of deliverables - internal and external - for a smooth end to end execution of projects (starting with research instrument designing, liaising with ops team for on-point recruitments, Moderation, Debriefing, Analysis planning/ execution/ supervision) and the related coordination for completion of projects


- Write powerful reports. Should be willing and able to collaborate with the team, take and incorporate feedback and suggestions to interpret data, crystalize research findings and clearly answer client objectives through winning actionable insights - not just findings


- Interact with clients to fulfil needs and expectations. Will be expected to lead client interactions on ongoing projects. Should be able to spot business opportunities to grow key client accounts


- Should be a team player through and through - open to learning and sharing. Will play a critical role in mentoring and grooming a young team. Should be willing to invest in the growth of the team as well to help them excel at their expected levels and take up stretch responsibilities. Should also be willing to learning through constructive feedback loops and suggestions from seniors


- Passionate about Qualitative Research. Should be able to capture the pulse of the consumer and understand both brands and consumers intuitively - and articulate them

- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic. Has a passion for research and research insights. Is highly collaborative and gets along well with people


- Should be comfortable with multitasking and working in challenging work scenarios and timelines

- Should be comfortable working in a dynamic cross functional team structure as and when needed and getting things done


- Will be required to work with Indian as well as international clients. Hence, command over the English language - both written and spoken - is essential. Should be very comfortable with at least one Indian language. Being Bilingual is essential. Being multilingual will be an added advantage but is not a must

- Should be good at both verbal and written communication - must for writing clear emails, briefings, brainstorming, thinking, as well as when writing research instruments and reports etc.

- Should be able to express own thoughts and ideas - should have original thoughts and ideas


- Should be comfortable working in a dynamic cross functional team structure as and when needed and getting things done

- Should be able to think on his/her feet to overcome unexpected challenges and hurdles. Should be able to come up with creative ways of dealing with situations. Will need to exhibit flexibility and adaptability to work through challenges and find solutions.


- Exposure to multi country studies/regional projects an asset

- Skill sets in shopper project executions and planning and familiarity with deploying technology i.e online moderation, communities, digital ethnography and ecommerce/UI UX research highly desired.


Must be a Post-Graduate. Preference for M.A. in Psychology / Sociology / English Literature OR MBA from a reputed well-known B-school.
