Responsibilities:

- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the organizations adherence to regulatory guidelines including but not limited to taxation, accounting principles, secretarial and foreign exchange controls.

- Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and MIS that are available for business decision making.

- Overseeing group company accounting, document management

- Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable function

- Identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and system enhancement

- Managing various audits like statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits etc.

- Lead and Supervise Accounts and Finance team of 4 to 5 people.

Skills:

- High proficiency and knowledge of all aspects of finance, planning, budgeting & should have a business acumen.

- Should have an eye for detail with good analytical thinking.

- Should be good in problem solving and decision making.

- Excellent command over English language both written and spoken.

Education: CA, Any Postgraduate degree in Finance
